Study Tour 2018
Our Annual Study Tour of Swiss Arbitrators 2018 took place on Thursday 14 June 2018 in Paris.
This meeting allowed to address general issues of the procedures of ICC arbitration, as well as to exchange views with the ICC Court. It was also an opportunity to meet with ICC Counsel personally. The Chairman of the Court Alexis Mourre presented his view on the development of ICC Dispute Resolution.
The program began on 13 June with a dinner with French arbitrators. We had the pleasure to welcome Mr. Hervé Lohr, Minister, Deputy Permanent Representative of Switzerland to the OECD, as speaker.
