US mid-term elections analyzed: confirmation of Donald Trump's course or turning point

Mr. Giuffra is one of America’s top experts on international trade and legal matters. He has served in all three branches of the U.S. Government. He was as a law clerk to Chief Justice William Rehnquist of the U.S. Supreme Court. He was the Chief Counsel of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. He also served in the Reagan White House. Most recently, he was the national coordinating counsel for Volkswagen AG in the multi-district litigation arising from government investigations into the automaker's use of defeat device software to try to comply with U.S. government clean air standards. He is also Chairman of the American Swiss Foundation, a network dedicated to strengthening the historic friendship between the United States and Switzerland.
